Mise En Scene

This was our original 5 minute brainstorm. We went on to use a lot of what we drafted which featured part of the mise en scene.

All locations were used and can be seen in our production.
When deciding on filming in London, the most important thing was definitely working with the lighting. Despite this being our most important factor. We still failed to bring a lighting kit to the shoot. This originally seemed like a costly error but we managed to find a way around it due to the decent range of shots we were able to utilise successfully.
Codes of Dress
Regarding our codes of dress, we feel at this moment in time that a simple black or white will be the most effective. This is so the gold colours are hopefully stood out more when viewing.
SCREEN TIME
Lighting
Props
The lighting will be fairly simple with the aim of gold reflections in place. This helps the gold effect and it's consistency. The gold room will be particularly helpful with this.
We feel that no props will be needed however we are contemplating using the small studio in my basement to add effect to the performance perspective. We feel we can create some great shots using this so this will most likely happen.
With only one leading character, there's not that much to contemplate when regarding screen time. For obvious reasons, he will be centre screen for most of the sewuence. More so in the basement shots than London where he may be left or right as the city needs some attention too.
